What data we collect

The data you send us through the contact form or by email: name, company, email, phone number and the content of your message. The email and phone number you enter to access the FIR MEDIA CONNECT demo.

How we use it

To respond to your request for information, a demo, a quote, rental or support, and to prepare and follow up commercial proposals. The email and phone number entered for the demo are used to confirm access, with a code sent by email, and so FIRTECH can contact you about FIR MEDIA CONNECT, with your consent.

Legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. It may be processed by service providers who support us, such as website hosting and email, always under confidentiality and security obligations.

We use Postmark (ActiveCampaign) to send demo access codes and, if you allow it, Google Analytics for site statistics. These providers process data only on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep data for as long as needed to respond to your request and manage the business relationship, and for the periods required by law.

Google Analytics

If you accept statistics cookies, we use Google Analytics to measure site usage in aggregate. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in Cookie settings. More details in the Cookie policy.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to firtech@firtech.pt.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (www.cnpd.pt).
